POPIA

The Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA) came into effect 1 July 2021. This is a data privacy law and it is designed to protect your personal information, which we fully support.

We use this platform to communicate with you about new offerings and partnerships.

You don't need to do anything in order to stay subscribed. Any personal information you may have given us in the course of engaging with us, (including contact number, payment details, email, address, medical history) will only ever be used for the intention it was given and will NEVER be given/sold/attributed to any 3rd party whatsoever.

If you do not want to continue hearing from us, you can unsubscribe at any time. We understand that you may be overwhelmed by information and although we believe that we offer only relevant information that may benefit you and your wellbeing, we get it that sometimes you need a break.

Please note that if you do not unsubscribe, you agree to continue receiving our communication, but you may opt-out at any time in the future.

REFUND POLICY

Full refund 72 hours (3 days) prior to set appointment confirmation.

65% Refund should the appointment be cancelled within 48 hours (2 days) of set appointment.

No refund for completed pieces that are unclaimed / uncollected.

No refund for picture perfect pieces. Belly casting is handmade by a skilled artisan and minor imperfections are an integral part of originality.

You can EFT via your online bank or deposit cash at any Pick n Pay or Boxer till point in SA. Please do not forget to use your name and cell number as reference.

Should the funds not have cleared within 72 hours, we will require proof of payment.
Please note if the incorrect account details are used, it will be the clients responsibility to contact Tymebank to reverse the transaction.
Booking will only be confirmed once the funds have cleared on which a booking calendar will be sent to you to select a preferred date.
E-wallets not accepted.

LEAD TIMES

Due to the amount of work it takes to create a masterpiece, please allow twenty-one (21 days) working days to complete a glass / mosaic piece and delivery/collection. Should your sculpture require more time or be ready for collection, this will be communicated to you.

RESPONSIBILITY OF CLIENT

Prices exclude travel costs outside a 25 Kilometre radius of Greenstone Mall, Modderfontein area.

It is Not recommended that the client books on week 39 or 40 of their pregnancy - best casting results are achieved between 33 and 38 weeks of pregnancy.

The client should communicate any concerns prior to belly casting, should we need to reschedule / cancel.

Collection of the completed piece is the responsibility of the client. We suggest you collect in person or use Uber Connect https://www.uber.com/en-ZA/blog/uber-connect-south-africa/. If you use an overnight courier company, please take out additional insurance.
